Australian Brown
An onion variety with good flavour and pungent taste. This late intermediate onion is dark-brown and has a round-to-globe shape. It exhibits good storage qualities and is very tolerant of early bolting.
Caledon Globe
A late intermediate onion that performs very well in cold highland areas. This fruit has an attractive globe-to-round shape, good flavour, and a pungent taste. It is a firm and medium brown onion with excellent export qualities.
Capricio
An early short-day variety that is mature within 180 - 200 days. In addition to their brownish exterior, they are moderately firm and have a cream-white interior. The variety is excellent for home gardens and is good for storing.
Granex
An onion with a flattened top and an exceptionally sweet taste. A short-day onion suited to warmer climates with full sun exposure. The plant matures 200 - 220 days and is resistant to pink root rot. This plant is ideal for home gardens, market growers and open field production.
Hojem
An easy-to-grow intermediate day onion. It has a deep flat round shape and is firm and light brown in colour. The fruit has a pungent taste with good flavour. This variety is tolerant to Downy Mildew and has decent storage qualities.
Texas Early Grano 502 PRR
An attractive uniform top shaped onion. This intermediate onion is of excellent quality and is a good choice for the home garden. Additionally, it has a medium pungent taste and a high tolerance to pink root rot.
